Gentle Yoga

A slow practice designed to increase flexibility and strength. A nurturing practice that beginner students will love.

Yin Yoga

A slow mindful practice designed with the intention to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Poses (Asanas) are held for longer periods of time to allow a more meditative practice, increased attention to the breath, and focusing on stillness. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as more advanced yoga students.

Guided Meditation

Enjoy a 30-45 minute guided meditation to allow your body and mind prepare for sleep.

All Levels Yoga

A dynamic, flowing practice in which you will move through sequences of traditional sun salutations and standing postures. Build strength and endurance as you gently push the edge of your balance and flexibility. Students will have the opportunity to consciously link the body movement to the breath. Modifications of poses will be offered to fit the needs of all levels of experience.

30 Minute Yoga Variations

A 30 minute class with a format that will vary but will be beneficial for all levels of practice. This is the perfect class for the individual who is looking to build or to maintain a yoga practice but struggles finding the time for a traditional 60 minute class. An excellent way to build flexibility and mindfulness!

30 Minute Sequence for Neck, Shoulders, and Posture

This class was designed to help improve overall posture, increase upper body strength, and relieve neck and shoulder tension. A great class for all levels of experience. In the sequence class the same poses are taught which allows the individual to notice the results of a consistent practice..


30 Minute Lunchtime Chair Yoga Energy Boost

A 30 minute class designed with those who need a mid day boost. Whether you are working in a office setting or from your home, this head to toe gentle work out will help you get through the rest of your day. Poses will ease neck and shoulder tension, soothe an achy back, and breathing exercises will help to calm the mind, refresh the body, and allow you to complete your day on a high note!
